Consultation Services
Since our services involve digital marketing and YouTube consultation, which are provided digitally and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once the consultation has been delivered.
If you have booked a consultation session and need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at support@adphinity.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- If we are unable to provide the consultation service due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If the payment was made in error and the service was not availed.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@adphinity.com.
